Location: Lansing, MI
Skype and phone interviews
The position will work on EDI including the following HIPAA transactions 834, 837, 835, 270, 271, and 277.
Job Description
· Facets upgrades, ICD-10, Core Certification, and electronic enrollment files.
· Works with external vendors to develop, test and implement EDI transactions.
· Responsible for effective communication with various PHP business teams.
· Analyze and implement EDI specifications according to PHP or customer companion guides
· Develop technical documentation to support projects and/or routine processes.
Job Requirements
Required
· 5+ years of Health Plan ANSI X12 HIPAA transactions and specifications.
· 5+ years with developing SQL queries.
· Knowledge of Facets 5.
· Must have strong technical and problem solving skills.
· Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience reading and analyzing Facets runbooks and batch logs
· Ability to manipulate and build X12 files based on test case scenarios
· Understand and trace the data transfer from inbound X12 files to Facets tables
· Basic knowledge of SQL Stored Procedures and ability to trouble shoot syntax and logic errors
· General experience with Facets screens and ability to communicate with Facets users on the data displayed in the Facets front-end application
