Requirements from Manager today:

"I'm looking for ORACLE E-Business Suite experience in the HR, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), OLM (Oracle Learning Mgmt), payroll, ins modules. I need a strong techno/functional individual who is familiar with the MD (Modular Design) document process, but does not have to have one to perform the assigned task.

Work Scope:
One (1) Oracle Developer/application programmer to assist in developing interfaces, data conversions and maintaining the ORACLE E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resources/Payroll Related Modules and Interfaces.  

Job Skills:

Our skill preferences are as follows:

·         Proven experience in ORACLE Forms, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle EBS 12 & 11.5.10 - experience administering ORACLE HR and Financials.

·         BS/BA degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

·         Warehouse, order and inventory management applications is a plus.

·         Experience and understanding of relational databases, data modeling.

·         Experience with Internet technology, client/server architectures, structured development and test methodologies.

·         Requirements gathering and documentation.

·         Project planning and management.

·         Oracle Forms 10.1.2 Development.

·         Oracle Forms 11.1 Development.

·         Oracle Reports.

·         Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.

·         Candidate is expected to maintain and support existing programs and interface with customers.

·         Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

·         Candidate will be on-call and subject to all other duties as assigned.

·         Must speak English fluently.

 

 

This is a new Oracle EBS Developer techno/functional position at MLGW – must have strong experience with HR, OTL, OLM, payroll, ins modules.  We currently have a contractor at MLGW in a Oracle EBS-HR/Financials role that I'm hoping can do screens early next week.
