Role: Business System Analyst

Description:
· Strong clinical domain PM cum BA with some prior experience working on clinical data / systems.
· The role would involve interfacing with the business and managing their expectations, negotiating with the release manager / IT and business PMs on schedule for individual release components etc.
· This role would require in-depth understanding of requirements for each release component, and hence the expectation is that the person in this role would also double up as a BA and supplement the existing BSA in collecting requirements etc.
· Hands-on person who understands the domain well and can handle business team interactions independently. Some understanding of IT / ability to support effort estimations will be useful.
