Job Description:

 

We are looking for a Sr. IT Business Analyst with at least 7+ years of IT experience and Agile Scrum experience. The Business Analyst is responsible for requirements development and requirements management in accordance to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. The Business Analyst will act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. 

 

Desired Experience:

 

- An ideal candidate will have large scale enterprise environment experience and at least 7 years of IT experience

- Experience with Agile Scrum

- Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation

- Experience with work flows/ process flows

- Experience supporting testing

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.

- Retail Industry experience
