Position Title: Documentum Production Support

Location: Herndon, VA

Type: 12 Months Contract

Description:

This is a Production support job, so the requirement is to provide 24*7 on call support.

Candidate must have a good knowledge of Documentum products like Content Server 6.6, Webtop 6.6, WDK, Presets, Taskspace, Retention Policy Services, Captiva Input Accel 6 and 7.x, DTS etc.

Must have developer experience (at least 2-3 years) using Java, DFC 6.x and WDK 6.x.

Good working knowledge of Captiva Input Accel scanning product.

Good knowledge on the Documentum Permission Sets (ACLs), User Profiles, LDAP, Object type etc.

Must have good knowledge in writing Documentum DQL queries and API commands.

Good problem solving and communication skills.

Experience with Remedy is an added advantage.
