Position: Quality Control Technical Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 18+ Months Contract to Hire (only GC/Citizen)
Job Descriptions:
Applicants must have 2+ years of software testing, exposure with SQL Server, and be able to work in a collaborative environment on multiple projects.
Responsibilities of QA Tester/Analyst:
Review of daily reports to review for issues.
Assists in premium verification and billing accuracy.
Documents all processed paperwork sent to mailing.
Verifies compliance regulation accuracy on all subject forms.
Participates in documenting problems and completion of outstanding tasks.
Participates in verifying new release accuracy.
Participates in research of issues through use of SQL
Participates in the development, analysis and continuous improvement of Quality Control processes and procedures.
Reviews current QC processes for improvement through the use of Office Toolsets.
Periodically reviews printed forms versus report and forwards correct items for mailing.
Reviews corrections completed and verifies corrected item mailed.
Participates in User Acceptance Testing on behalf of the QC department.
Coordinates with IT on resolving priority issues for QC
Provides knowledge transfer and guidance to new or less experienced team members.
Work as part of a team to ensure their tasks are complete in a timely manner
Resourceful and innovative while diagnosing and resolving technical and/or business problems
Requirements of QA Tester/Analyst:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong SQL skills
Strong Data Analysis skill
Skilled with using Microsoft Office tools
