• Resource should have strong experience on Project management and as a Governance lead
• Should have experience in creating Operating models / Engagement models / Frameworks independently
• Should have very strong communication skills
• Should be able to understand organizational goals and articulate it to stakeholders across LoB's
• Should have the ability to drive change
• Should handle push back and drive change and escalate as needed
• Should be able to present / publish progress to senior management
• Strong Analytical, Process, Problem Solving skills and Detailed oriented
• Excellent Interpersonal, organizational and relationship building skills, strong team player.
• Excellent, Verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to be flexible, follow tight timeline, organizing and prioritizing the work
