Position: Remedy Developer

Location: Twinsburg OH

Duration: 5-6 months

Job Description:

Design, develop, test and implement all components, equipment, and software within the functional area of the organization. Applies commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of simple to moderate scope. Exercises judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Identifies issues and provides resolution within the workgroup or to the customer. Normally receives detailed instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments. Codes business logic, screen interfaces, and database interfaces using database specific languages. May assist in performing the tests in the testing process for small application releases or complex software enhancements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Special Requirements/ Certifications:

Experience Remedy developer – skills must be current

Knowledgeable with version 8.1

Knowledgeable about ITSM

Experience with Web Services - both in publishing and consuming

Working in a Highly customized Environment

Unix Solaris 11 (App Servers, DB Servers)

Windows 2008 (Mid Tiers)

Oracle 11r2 (DB/SQL)

Crystal Reports

Pentaho

Optional Skills:

Tomcat

HTML

Crystal Reports

Businessware

Oracle ETA Direct
