This is a long term project for the federal government - we need candidates that are local to VA who can go for an in-person interview (NON-NEGOTIABLE).                                                            Developers: the expectation is strong java back-end knowledge (Java 7), strong XML and JSON skills, Spring Batch, troubleshooting, o   Nice to have: Experience with MarkLogic, JavaScript, JQuery, Backbone JS, CSS, Velocity, Putty, Waterfall Methodology
