This is 4 - 6 months Contract based in Blue Bell ,PA.

Job Description:
Skill:
• Skilled in use of standard automated load testing tools (Mercury, Rational, Segue).
• Experience in full life cycle implementation and support of overall performance engineering/ testing process
• Experience with support and use of standard performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with preparation of performance testing work products and deliverables.
• Familiarity with large-scale technical infrastructures
• Experience with developing and reporting on results
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts
Detailed JD:
• Ensure test designs, scripts and data support testing of the requirements.
• Understand test plan, estimated resource requirements to support on-time delivery of test execution.
• Review performance test cases with functional experts.
• Develop automated test scripts, conditions, test data, expected results for performance test efforts.
• Execute tests and report results according to testing standards and procedures.
• Assist implementation of test environment requirements and tools.
• Record and communicate issues that may affect schedule, budget or quality in accordance with project's issue management process. Communicate & escalate to performance test lead.
• Support defect resolution management in coordination with performance test lead, performance architect, performance engineer and extended business and technical teams.
• Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
• Ensure standard performance engineering analysis and reporting is completed.
• Validate performance defect fixes.
• Ensure that all testing results are maintained in an organized way and easily accessible
• Support test lead to ensure that results and understandable to stakeholders
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and methods as specified in the testing approach.
• Review test and monitoring results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
• Participate in quality management reviews to ensure that test effort follows performance engineering standards.
May perform functions of performance test lead as project need required if these roles are not staffed
