Required skills and experience: - 2+ years of experience in the core RDLC process - Experience in sourcing, cold calling, screening and scheduling interviews - Experience in using job portals and social media - Good understanding about IT technologies - Experience in MS Office - Should possess strong communication & interpersonal skills.
