Description:
• Minimum 8 yrs experience
• Candidate would lead in capturing requirements, perform data analysis and lead project initiatives.
• The candidate should be self-driven to gather requirements, perform detail data analysis/mapping, data profiling and data quality exercise, manage project deliverables and coordinate across technology partners with the group.
• Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interact with other technology groups as needed
• Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions
• Manage program initiatives and report to Sr Management
• Basic SQL experience
Role 02 : SFDC Support Analyst-9+ years
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 months
Description:
• 5+ years of working experience on the sales force Application Maintenance and/or Development
• Must have expertise in SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers, Visual Force, Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL.
• Must possess solid technical skills to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis including Debug log analysis, Batch issues, Integration failures, third party apps integration for high complexity issues and determine proper solutions
• Good experience with Configuration, Customization, Development and support experience on Salesforce.com Platform.
• Strong knowledge in designing of custom objects, custom fields, pick list, role-based Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts & Tasks, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Tabs, Custom Reports, report folder, report extractions to various format, design of visual force page, record types, dashboards, data loader and email generation according to application requirements.
• Expertise in implementing Security/Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Field Level Security, Record
• Possess knowledge of CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Support, Business processes and recommended solutions to improve their processes using Salesforce.com and Experienced in Service Cloud, Sales cloud for customer portal.
• Preferable experience in Sales force Integration using Web services API like Rest, Bulk and Soap with third party tools like WebMethods, SAP Adaptors .
• Experience in managed objects and Third party cloud tools would be preferred
• Experienced in Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JSON, Java Scripts and Servlets is desirable
• ITIL certified resources preferred

Required Skills and Experience:
• You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client's applications and systems.
• You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module.
• You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, plus excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate a business requirements gathering session with a client and document what you learn. This role involves a lot of writing.
• Ability to guide a client - if you know what they're asking will cause them difficulty in the future, you must be able to diplomatically lead them toward a compromise solution.
• Analytical thinker with strong math skills and some programming or database experience is a must - we don't require you to program, but you'll be working with programmers so you need to know how they think.
• Business Acumen - you'll be working with the client's business team, so you need to know how they think.
• Business Software experience - either working for a software company or implementing a major business software package as a consultant or as a client.
