Position: Hadoop Developer (GC & Citizens) Only

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 06 months

 

Job Description:

 

• Work as a Development resource for Hadoop, HDFS, Flume, Sqoop, Hive for data integration purposes.

• Work with infrastructure, test, and production support teams. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define service delivery landscape

• Work with architecture teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements

• Serve as a technical resource for business teams to help define, estimate, and propose solutions for business opportunities

• Work as a Technical resource carrying out Hadoop development and implementation.

• Load from disparate data sets using Flume, Sqoop and pre-processing using Hive and Pig.

• Comprehend complex technical designs into development objects.

• Perform analysis of vast data stores and uncover insights.

• Maintain security and data privacy.
