Position: Siebel Administrator
Duration: 03 Months
Location: St. Louis, MO
Siebel administrator responsibilities:
• Siebel Server Installation and configuration on Linux and Windows servers
• Administration of existing Siebel Enterprise, Servers, Component Groups and Components
• Upgrade and patches management of existing Siebel environments
• Monitor and administer Workflows, EIM and Cron batch jobs
• Participation in production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Plan, track, communicate and oversee all planned environment changes and migrations.
• Migration of repository and non-repository code between environments DEV, SIT, UAT and Production.
• Work closely with user support and development teams regarding support of daily issues.
• Troubleshooting production/development performance issues and tuning.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams related to new software releases, product release, application testing and integration
• Automation of daily migration/monitoring activities by writing shell scripts or batch jobs
• Experience working with Oracle database and data refresh procedures
• Knowledge of configuring LDAP/Active Directory for user authentication
• Knowledge of Siebel architecture for Clustering and Load Balancing
