Required skills:
• 5+ years Crystal Reports design/development
• 5+ years Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries against diverse back-end databases
• Able to identify and rectify gaps in reporting for newly implemented EHR application
• Ability to utilize visual representations on reporting function
• Able to communicate effectively with all level of peers/management.
• Experience with Netsmart myAvatar and/or the InterSystems Caché database platform is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Crystal Reports Certified Professional (CRCP) certification is a plus.
