The qualified candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in three major areas, including: BI Development, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Data Modeling Experience.
Description:
The BI environment is transforming from a Sybase/Datastage/WebFocus environment to a SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/Power Pivot/Power Query environment. As part of this transition, we are performing a ground up development project for the new environment including the data model. The developer will work within an external team and internal resources to assist in and sometime create from scratch, the deliverables associated with creating a user centric analytics and reporting system. Additionally, this person may need to do some support on the existing datastage/webfocus/Sybase environment until it is deprecated, however, that is not their main objective.

.Net development supporting a Data Warehouse implementation a plus
Minor role: SQL Server DBA tasks as capable for support rotation purposes
Monitoring, Utilization, user management, backup and recovery
Other Skills:
