• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2-3 year of Salesforce.com experience is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of total experience in a software development environment.
• Formal certifications like Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Consultant, etc. are preferable
• Must have strong understanding of SFDC programming environments (Apex, Visual Force, etc.). Experience with Salesforce.com development in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management experience, are strong requirements.
• Working general programming knowledge (SQL, scripting, etc.) a strong plus.
