Desirable Technical Skills	1) Experience/Exposure in Telecom OSS, Cable service providers
Mandatory Functional Skills	1)Compliance to Quality Processes 2)Experience in Test Management processes 3)Experience in Microsoft Office 4)Strong verbal and written communication skills and client facing skills 5)Good creative thinking and proactiveness
