Our Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce  with in-depth expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. Candidate must have been involved in implementing and supporting multiple Salesforce roll outs.   

 

The candidate will be joining a creative and energetic team in a key position in MIS. It will provide an excellent opportunity to lead a highly visible and successful project. The candidate must work with different business teams and applications such as Salesforce and Oracle EBS. This role will be customer facing and will partner with our Sales and channel organizations to understand business challenges, develop designs, and implement best-fit solutions that will help to transform the customer experience. The candidate will assist the existing team in development/administration and enhancements/customizations to Sales Force – Sales/Service Cloud.

 

Qualifications

 

Desired Skills and Experience

 

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years of software experience
• Involved in at least multiple full implementations of Salesforce
• In depth functional knowledge of Lead to Order business processes
• Detailed functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce Leads, Accounts,  Opportunities, Cases, Forecasting, Reports, Dashboards, Chatter
• Implemented Salesforce Communities/Portals
• Developed, designed and implemented complex customizations on the Salesforce1 platform
• Salesforce .com Developer, Salesforce.com Administrator or Salesforce.com Sales/Service Cloud Certified
• Familiarity with Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Data Loader
