JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide the day-to-day support for security development and implementation processes within the organization, ensuring that application security controls/processes are implemented in accordance with the contract deliverables. Tasks include, but not limited to: • Maintain PeopleSoft application software security o Maintain PeopleSoft HCM application software security o Maintain PeopleSoft FIN application software security o Maintain PeopleSoft CRM application software security o Maintain security in all Production and Development instances o Design and Configure row level security system to segregate and secure data o Assist in performing a Security Clean-up of all the Production and Development Databases o Configure Query Security and Object security for the system • User Menus and Activities o Set up new users in the PeopleSoft Systems o Create Roles and permission lists as required o Assign workflow roles as required o Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for Oracle PeopleSoft Users and Management o Help support and troubleshoot all end user security requests o Create end user documentation and provide training for IT security Staff o Use appropriate query utility for creating query trees o Update Department Trees as required • Other Functions o Help update and maintain PeopleSoft Security's SharePoint page o Participate in implementation/upgrade activities o Participate in/create test documentation for upgrades and systems modifications o Provide first tier production support for business area analysis team o Triage second tier production support to appropriate group
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • At least 2 years PeopleSoft application security experience with HCM, CRM, and Financials • 2 years of hands on experience with Integration of PeopleSoft with Active Directory or other LDAP directories • 2 years of hands on experience with Oracle GRC products (AACG and TCG) PeopleSoft Security skills (components of PSFT security) necessary for this role include the following topics: (Note: we want candidates to understand as many of the concepts below as possible - If they have several but not all we will still look at them) o Security Design o User Profile Setup o Role & Permission List Setup o Process Security o Query Security o Row Level Security (for HR and Financials) o Portal Security o Security Migrations o Definition Security o LDAP Authentication o Password Controls o Dynamic Role Creation o Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security Tables as well as SQL scripts to query the security information most requested from the system • 2 years working with Self Service Applications o Large scale Self Service application architecture and deployment o Coordinate and conduct vulnerability assessments/penetration tests including remediation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 4 years of design and implementation experience with these products in a PeopleSoft environment • General knowledge of PeopleSoft Applications • General knowledge of Information Security Certifications Desired (but not required): • Oracle or PeopleSoft Security certifications • CISSP • PMP |
