·         Client needs 3 more strong SQL/BI Devs with heavy reporting (SSRS) background.

·         Need to have great comm and some analyst capabilities.

·         They'll be working kind of a combo Developer/Analyst type of role so will need to be able to dig into details and seek out the information they need.
