·     5+ years of experience with software programming as it relates to structural (bridge) projects using one or more of the following:

·     C#

·     Visual C++

·     WPF

·     .NET framework

·     Objected-oriented Software Design

·     Active X/COM

·     XML

·     Relational Database Design

·     Oracle/SQL Server
