Requirements

• 10 years of experience in design, configuration & testing for SAP Order to Cash (OTC) modules/functions

• 5 years of experience in a lead role

• Must have experience with at least two end-to-end implementations of SAP Order to Cash (OTC) module

• 6 years of exp. gathering requirements, creating functional specs documentation, working in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) problem solving and interacting with internal or external users to explain technical concepts terms that are understandable to the users

• Bachelor's (or equivalent) in Comp. Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Software Engineering

Job Description Job Responsibilities

• System design, configuration, delivery and production support of IT solutions in the area of SAP Order To Cash (OTC) module Interface closely w/ business users to facilitate requirements gathering using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions and use cases

• Ability to model and document business systems, design systems/functional specifications, develop, test, and implement cost effective solutions within SAP SD module

• Configure and test solutions, including appropriate documentation

• Proven experience with integration and non-regression testing processes

• Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system and support business users with general support issues

• Create functional specifications for application development objects and guide the development of those programs within the development team

• Demonstrate appropriate communication styles and approaches for success in a global multinational matrix organization structure.

• Demonstrate self-motivation and time-management skills ability to prioritize competing resource requirements and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline

• Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and affect relationships

• Excellent Oral and written communication skills

Sr. SQL Server DBA

The Sr. SQL Server DBA is accountable for the availability and reliability of Enterprise SQL applications by developing and implementing the proper policy, practice and procedures.

Job Duties:

* Strong experience in Database Administration in SQL Server ( 2005, 2008, and 2012)

* Experience designing, installing and configuring new SQL Server environments

* Experience implementing various SQL Server scale out and high availability architectures using both SQL mirroring and always-on.

* Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues etc.

* Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

* Ability to detect and troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU,memory,I/O, disk space and other resource contention.

* Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Clustering, Database mirroring, Replication.

* Strong knowledge of how indexes, index management, integrity checks, configuration, patching. How statistics work, how indexes are stored, how they can be created and managed effectively.
