Experience level required: 2-5 years .NET Development background (mostly front-end with some middle tier & backend)
Start date: ASAP
Work schedule: 40+ hours per week (more likely around 50 hours per week and contractor will be able to work from home on Thursdays)
Work authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H1-B visa
Contract term: 6 months+ contract with potential for extension or conversion (only for US Citizen & GC)
Background check: Yes (criminal, employment (last 7 years), and education (degree verification).
Drug Screen: No
INT process: online technical exercise, phone interview + onsite (if candidate shows well on phone INT, onsite bypassed) **NO Berke assessment required for contractors**
What created need: major project deadlines by clients on Oct. 1 and turning away client business due to lack of internal configuration support (not enough developers)
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with your project team to configure Tuo and Dynamics CRM solutions based on the specifications for each client.
• Perform unit testing on configured/customized code using manual and automated tools.
• Collaborate with team members to provide accurate estimations, timelines, and risks associated with development.
• Assist with communications with the client, status reporting and time/expense tracking.
• Perform research and analysis on technical issues, provide recommendations and resolve issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree- preferably in CS, IS, etc.
• 2-5 years of .NET Software Development / Engineering experience
• Experience in core aspects of web application development including development, separation of layers and configuration
• Experience with:
o .NET framework (3.5/4.0)
o ASP.NET
o C# programming language
o Layered system architecture and design patterns (MVP, MVC) - preferred
o Web services - preferred
o SQL Server
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, motivated, results-driven self-starter that takes initiative | | |
