Description:
Origination Business Analyst (4 positions)
Experience / Entry Criteria:
· BA Experience Or strong experience as a user of Loan Origination system with understanding of the full application life cycle Required .
· Auto Finance background is a major plus
· Finance background a plus
· Technical background a plus
· Full End to End experience within the LOS (Loan Origination System)
· 5+ years of experience as an Originations BA
· Within the past 5 years, candidate must have one position as a Business Analyst for a minimum of 2 year
· Good Documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
· Follows disciplined Hyundai Capital PMO Methodology
· Responsible for Origination end-to-end business / functional requirements which include the following:
o Requirements Gathering
§ Approach and Execution
o Requirements Documentation
§ Maintenance of documentation included
o User Story & Test Case creation
o Serves as Requirements Subject-Matter Expert (SME)
· Ensuring technical design meets business requirements
o Providing assistance and feedback where necessary as SME
§ Bridging the gap between developers and business
· Ensuring QA Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Execution meet business requirements
o Providing assistance and feedback where necessary as SME
§ Bridging the gap between business and QA team
· Weekly Status Reports to PM
o Updating status reports as required
o Updating project plan as required
· Provide support and expertise during: QA, UAT, deployment and post implementation as needed
· Raise Risks to Project Manager
· Responsible for the timely creation and distribution of Meeting Minutes
· Other Miscellaneous tasks as needed
Skill Set:
· Technical & Business Writing Skills
· Microsoft Office Suite

· Thorough understanding of fundamentals required in flow diagramming
· Experience with flow diagramming
