Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 36 Months

 

Job Description:

 

Required Skills:
• Fluent in Spanish.  Must be able to execute test cases against the IVR in Spanish
• End-to-End Test Strategy experience from Requirements Testing through to Acceptance Testing 
• Integration of the IVR application with the CSR / CRM applications & also knowledge of Simulated IVR testing (Using Softphones )
• Knowledge on Telco- End testing – from IVR ->CRM->OM->Billing 
• Knowledge of Unix, DB  (Oracle/SQL Server))
• Testing applications such as CRM (Siebel), IVR (Gensys) application testing 6
• Experience with Testing tools such as Quality Centre, 
• Knowledge & experience in Testing concepts (SDLC, STLC & Defect Life cycle)

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of eTOM model
• Experience with Testing tools such as Quality Centre, LoadRunner, and automation tools such as QuickTest Professional, Selenium, Watir, or other open source test tools
