Proficient in SQL or PL/SQL for Oracle Databases

Escalations / Cron Tasks
Actions / Action Groups
Roles / Security Groups / Person Groups
Communication Templates
Linux Experience
Scripting Experience (Shell, Perl, Jython, Rhino)
Skill Set Preferred
Knowledge of Maximo Base Services (7.1.X.X)
Knowledge of SMARTCloud Control Desk (SCCD) 7.5 or above
Knowledge of Asset, Change applications
Migration Manager
Knowledge of all schemas / tables / relationships
SCCD Development and Production Support Experience
ITIL Certification
Soft Skills
Ability to work in a scrum-oriented and multi-tasking environment
Creative outside-the-box thinking
Good Communication skills
Willingness to document all work completed
Willing to participate in Oncall Rotation
