Strong understanding of business requirement gathering, business process improvement, system mapping, some understanding of PM documentation.
Able to gather requirements from end users/managers in a professional manner.
Help the end users understand their business needs then match the system requirements.
Utilize Tools such as Visio, MS Office, MS Project, Utilize standardized business req forms.
Sr. BA role - someone who has lead teams before and take ownership of the project , mission critical project.
