Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Routing and Switching (Including EIGRPP, BGP, redistribution, VRFs)
• 5+ years of experience with Nexus deployments (Including 7Ks,5Ks, 2Ks, VDCs and VPCs)
• 5+ years of experience in Load Balancers (F5s)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of Sniffers and network monitoring tools
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members
Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Hands on Wireless infrastrutcure
Roles and responsibility
· Lead the On-shore Network Engineering team
· Guide onshore, nearshore and offshore Network engineering team to ensure standards are known and met
· Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle
· Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
· Stay current with emerging industry trends
· Ability to take initiative and ownership on task
· Create/Update Network Designs as per the requirements
· Create/Update reports about Network usage
· Good written and oral communication
· Explain complex design items through documents
