Job Description:One of our client is looking for QA Automation Tester

Position: QA Automation Tester
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+months


Job Requirements:

• Write automation test cases
• XML
• JMeter- Java based tool
• They will create the code in Java
• 2 week iterations
• Jira
• Not Javascript
• 80% automation 20% manual

 
 
EDUCATION: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
 
EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, writing and executing test plans.
• Scripting experience including UNIX, Java
• Experience testing with Agile/Iterative Development preferred
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA
• Experience with test tools including Selenium, QTP, SOA, JMeter, XML/OTA tools
• Airline Industry experience a plus 
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/subprojects simultaneously, organizational skills.
• Takes initiative in handling issues that arise during testing.
• Works independently and gives mentoring/guidance to new hires.
