Description:

Training Developer

 

Ø  Experience storyboarding for web-based training (WBT)/computer-based training (CBT)

Ø  Experience documenting end-user procedures

Ø  Experience recording training simulations (Adobe Captivate)

Ø  Attention to detail and adherence to established style and formatting guidelines

Ø  Team orientation

Ø  Experience with tailoring training materials to different end-user groups

Ø  Minimum 2 years work experience

 

NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED

Ø  Healthcare client delivery experience preferred

Ø  Train-the-trainer delivery experience preferred

Ø  Ability to record voice-over for video content as needed

 

HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES

Ø  Microsoft Office proficiency

Ø  SnagIt/Image Capture Editing
