Must have 8+ years US experience developing applications utilizing C / C++, and Java . 
•        Must have recent experience developing applications utilizing C++ 11.
•        Must have 'Senior Level' experience with Multithreading.
•        Must have recent experience (with in the last 2 years)with developing applications utilizing Java, boost, JDK/Core, Spring Framework (MVC in particular), Spring Security, JUnit, Tomcat, Apache Commons, SQL, MongoDB , JSON/BSON, JavaScript, and XML/XSLT.
•        Must have 'Recent' experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP), Ant, Maven.
•        Must have recent experience with Data structures and algorithms. 
•        Must have recent experience in building Internet scale distributed systems.
