Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	10+ years
Technical/Functional Skills	5-10 years in Life/ Non Life insurance industry with good knowledge of the domain- In-depth Functional & Domain Should have good knowledge and understanding of Group disability insurance and Policy administration. Experience in preparing business process maps and business understanding documents Should have experience in business rules extraction/mining from existing legacy system. Demonstrated business process modeling and requirements definition Demonstrated understanding of design, data models, and architecture Experienced with systems roll-outs, facilitating change management, transitions from project phase to on-going systems support Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office.
Experience Required	10+ years
Roles & Responsibilities
Generic Managerial Skills	Be able to evaluate priorities and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent team motivator; work well in teams that will be globally co-located. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in high-pressure environment Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities  Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an accelerated timeframe  Works well under pressure and can resolve complex problems  Added advantage of PAHM/ALMI certifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and resolve issues and conflicts. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
Education	Graduate with specialization in IT/Computers
