Position: DevOps Developer
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Duration: 12+ Months
Required:-
7-8+ years of experience is required.
Experience in web server configuration and TLS/SSL managements, e.g. IIS, Apache, Tomcat, NGINX.
Knowledge and understanding of differences between performance and scale, processes vs. threads, concurrency concepts and synchronization primitives.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and distributed logging (Nagios, CloudWatch, Munin/Ganglia/Collectd, Splunk/Papertrail/Loggly, LogEntries)
Experience supporting heterogeneous distributed web applications, in a large, complex and evolving environment
Highly competent in programming and scripting (.NET, ruby, java, bash, perl, python, c)
Solid understanding of Cloud and virtualized environments (AWS/EC2, Docker)
Strong in Window, Unix, & Mac OSX configuration and administration.
Comfortable working with programmatic Systems Automations frameworks (Chef, Puppet)
Familiar with caching strategies and techniques (CDN, memcached/redis, disk, in-process), and understand the complexities of invalidation and denormalization
