Job Title: IBM BPM Technical Lead Consultant 

Primary Skills: IBM BPM 

Location: Minneapolis MN

Duration: 6 Months

Description:

In the role of IBM BPM Consultant/ Technical Lead, you be

• Working with the customer and contributing to different phases of the consulting and project lifecycle. 

• You will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. 

• You will be involved in requirements understanding and design phase.

• You will also be involved in the high quality development, configuration, test support and deployment of the overall solution. 

• You will be involved in liasing with other onsite teams, release and defect management, 

• You will guide and lead teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. 

• You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• You will be involved in coordination with offshore team members on deliverables, reviews and solutioning. 

Basic

• Bachelor or Graduate degree or foreign equivalent required. 

• At least 7 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM IID(WPS) and IBM ODM (iLog) technologies

Preferred

• Enterprise JAVA development background with a strong understanding of IBM WebSphere 

(Application Server, Message Broker/Queue, Portal, ESB, and Process Server) Technology.

• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. 

• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience to Financial/Banking domain 

• High Analytical skills 

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High customer orientation

• A high degree of initiative and flexibility
