Rate: $48/hr
Senior QA Engineer
Location: San Jose
Years of experience : 8+ yrs (possibly less if they have prior Cisco experience)
Responsibilities:
> 7 to 8 + years proven experience in deriving the good quality Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data, Test Estimations, Test Planning and Leadership skills
> • Desired Cisco QA Experience
> • Must be strong in Application Testing (both functional and non-functional), Through test requirements analysis, Defect Management, Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver, XML, Multi org architecture and integration between relevant modules/systems
> • Ready to work in collaboration with teams in different time zones
> • Exposure to cloud based application testing, Mobile Testing
> • Exposure to complete STLC cycle in Agile environment is a must.
> • Handled and executed testing projects in Agile development environment.
> • Automation Testing (Selenium – WebDriver), exposure to Page object, Data driven, hybrid frame works.
> • Experience of Database testing and Content Migration testing.
> • Sound Knowledge of SQL and knowledge of PL/ SQL preferred advantage.
> • Test Reporting and co-ordination with client, onsite and offshore teams.
> • Exposure to Social Collaboration processes an added advantage.
> • Exposure to Load Testing using LoadRunner an added advantage.

> Required Skills:
> - Excellent Analytical QA and Presentation skills
> - 3+ years of actual Test Automation experience using SELENIUM - webdriver
> - Exceptional oral and written Communication
> - Leadership qualities, ability to carry out the tasks independently and drive the other team members
> - Cisco experience
