Job Description:
At least 6+ years total experience as Business Analyst
Excellent knowledge of Healthcare Domain.
Excellent knowledge of PBM Business.
Excellent knowledge on Home Delivery System for a big Organization
Good knowledge of Oracle DB. Understand and write complex SQL and PL/SQL Queries
Working knowledge on ETL and UNIX is an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience in various techniques to elicit, analyze, and communicate requirements.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever changing development environment; must be flexible and willing to re-prioritize as needed.
Understand and collect Business Requirements.
Collaborating requirement and writing Business Requirement document
Integrate the business model with Technology
Conduct analysis and documentation of existing business processes; recommend process improvements
Provide business analysis services in support of both organizational as well as client engagement initiatives
Perform business analysis and systems analysis for complex initiatives/projects
Self starter with the experience and aptitude to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
Experience in facilitation, tracking, and management of various project logs as well as reporting status
Experienced obtaining consensus by facilitating communication and sign-off between business and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
Function as a key contributor to the release management team, promoting both business and IT requirement understanding and agreement
Good knowledge of Home Delivery system
