Job Description:
•You have strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
•You have successfully used Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, and/or as other techniques to realize the full potential of the Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
•You know how to balance use of Agile techniques and tools for a "right-sized" solution to the meet the needs of the business without over engineering.
•Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the development team such as NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 framework, C#
•Previous experience as a team lead
•Strong competency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PPM, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, JIRA, etc.)
•You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•You have unparalleled written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
•You have an ability to work effectively in a dynamic and developing organization with comfort in adapting to changes
•You have some development experience under your belt, preferably C#
•You exude servant leadership and lead by example
•You are listened to and respected
•You are passionate about great software
•You have passion for continuous improvement
