Job Title :  Avaya Nuance Consultant
Location : San Francisco, CA
Duration : 06+Months Contract

Required Skills:-
At least 4 years of experience in IVR development experience on Avaya voice portal or Experience portal,Nuance ASR/TTS, VXML,CCXML,Speech/grammars development, CTI. Experience in backend integrations using webservices is a must. Hands on experience on IBM web servers is a plus. Good understanding of business logic and ability to map the UI documents to technical specifications and the application.
At least 4 years of experience on SQL and RDBMS (Oracle 10g preferred)
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience to contact center domain
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
