Required Skills

 

·         Good Communication Skill:

·         Experience in banking domain. Understanding of retail and commercial banking systems and branch systems

·         Experience in creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimations

·         Hands on with Black Box, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, Regression, Front End and Back End Testing

·         Experience in and hands on with designing Test Cases / Test Scenarios / Test conditions for the Integration and System Testing, verifying and validating applications

·         Exposure to working in onshore /offshore model and willing to coordinate with offshore daily

·         Exposure to release management cycle

·         Troubleshoot issues down to the root cause and provide detailed bug reports

·         Coordinate with development team and business for issues / clarifications / reviews and sign offs

·         Extensive knowledge of HP ALM

·         Should be well versed with various QA matrices

·         Strong people management, interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

·         Meet deadlines and complete assignments in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
