JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience(s)

·         2+ years of hands-on implementation experience working with a combination of the

Following technologies: Hadoop, Map Reduce, Pig, Hive, Impala, Spark, Kafka, Storm, SQL and No SQL data warehouses such as HBase and Cassandra.

·         4+ years' programming/scripting languages Java and Scala, python, R, Pig

·         1+ years of experience standing up and automating the deployment of solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Blue-mix etc) with focus on analytics stack.

·         Experience working with and evaluating open source technologies and demonstrated ability to make objective choices

·         Experience architecting highly scalable, highly concurrent and low latency systems

·         Must have experience in managing the full life-cycle of a Hadoop solution. This includes creating the requirements analysis, design of the technical architecture, design of the application design and development, testing, and deployment of the proposed solution.

Big Plus

·         Working experience with Chef scripting, Docker containers

·         Working experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools

·         Working experience with multiple cloud computing platforms

·         Experience with more than one streaming technologies

·         Understanding of Machine Learning skills
