Job Title: MSBI / SSIS /SSRS Architect
Location: Coral Springs FL /Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills
1. Strong data warehousing fundamentals and techniques. Good understanding of data modeling techniques such as ER, Multi-Dimensional.
2. Very strong knowledge of SQL Server database engine in writing complex T-SQL queries and query performance improvements.
3. Hands on experience in Database and security management including data masking, encryption techniques expertise.
4. Strong working exposure to SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Hands-on experience in SSIS and SSRS.
5. Minimum of 9-10 years of systems development and implementation experience on Data Warehousing projects using MSBI (SSIS, SSRS).
6. Ability to design ETL packages using ETL design patterns.
7. Experience in Database performance tuning, optimization and maintenance practices. Ability to perform performance tuning of ETL packages.
8. Experience in all areas of application development using Microsoft .NET and SQL technologies building applications.
9. Advanced knowledge and experience with n-tier, enterprise-scalable, distributed application environments.
10. Expert level skills in .NET Framework (C#), ASP.NET WEB API, Entity framework, WCF Web Services.
11. Expert level skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and any JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS etc.
12. Strong understanding of Object Oriented design (classes, constructors, interfaces, properties, methods and events).
13. Have contributed to design and architecture phase in existing projects.
14. Proven ability in evaluating technologies and products, contrasting capabilities and making recommendations, and presenting results to leadership team.
15. Proven ability to rapidly deliver prototypes and POC work to validate/ evaluate a proposed architectural approach.
16. As an Architect you are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size/complexity/order- value projects.
17. Expected have in-depth knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
18. Responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non- functional (architectural) requirements and preparing estimates.
19. Provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
20. Project Management, reporting and tracking of daily deliverables.
Desired Skills
1. Experience with source code version control and the coordination/synchronization of multiple active branches.
2. Have exposure to large data volumes.
3. Familiarity and experience executing several software development methodologies and life cycles.
4. Experience incorporating third party components and frameworks.
