Job Details:

 

Position Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: 6+Months

 

Note: Need Locals, F2F Interview

 

Position Comments:

Role will require travel to the Long Beach Office at times.

 

Mandatory skills:

·         Excellent communication skills to effectively (articulate/listen), quick learner, ability to handle multiple projects

·         Disaster Recovery, Risk Analysis and Disaster Recovery Plans

·         Experience in MS Office(Excel, Power Point, Visio) Knowledge of databases, networks, servers, storage and middleware are helpful

 

Additional job responsibilities:

·         Handle Business Impact Assessments(BIA), Business Continuity Plan reviews, exercises, and ANS Validations for each of the AF Plans and several infrastructure plans

·         Assess impacts and seek resolutions for the gaps impacting at upcoming Functional Disaster Recovery Exercise (DRE) to include: SPLUNK, OCTA, Virtual Desktop I/Infosys Risk Mitigation, Sharepoint

·         Support requests from project teams and provide support for their Disaster Recovery (DR) requirements (e.g. DR Plan development, PreRelease DR Testing, etc.)

·         Planning and support for SNX1 Work Area Recovery Testing

·         Analyze impact of the MeetingPlace replacement effort on our crisis response plans and making the appropriate changes to the plans

 

Job Description:

·         Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

·         Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

·         Requires 9+ years of experience.

 

Additional Skills:   

·         Broad knowledge of information technologies

·         Familiarity with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent relationship building skills

·         Risk analysis experience a plus

·         Bachelor's degree in a related field
