Work Timings : Night Shift (EST Hours)
Location: Hyderabad (Kothapet)
Job Responsibilities:
· Understanding of US market, and geography, Experience in Bench Marketing/Direct Marketing.
· Must have experience in building client relationship, working with tier 1 clients or mid clients.
· Responsibility of leading the Bench Sales team.
· Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts and ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
· Develop and implement sales plans and associated activities towards achieving the target.
· Should have Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Employment law and Regulations/Techniques - W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
· Deep understanding of different tax terms like OPT, CPT, H1, EAD (L2, H4), Green Card, US citizen.
· Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
· Must be a Self-starter, Self-motivated, Consistent performer meeting targets with a solid history and ability of developing new client relationships.
