Job Title: Sr. Program Manager
Location: Montgomery, AL
Duration: 6+ Months
Visa: USC only (Need candidates with a security clearance )
MOI: Phone/ Skype
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Program Management, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
• 15+ years of related experience delivering professional services in the area of IT solutions in a DoD setting.
• 5-10+ years of experience serving in a leadership capacity.
• Previous experience in successfully leading & managing large complex IT programs.
• Security+ Certified, additional certifications are a plus.
• PMP Certified and familiarity with student information and learning management systems and solutions highly desired.
• Support all activities to secure contract option years and re-competes.
• Working knowledge of IT O&M, planning, scheduling, testing, and risk management.
• Complete understanding and application of DoD regulations.
• Effective customer service and management skills/capabilities, including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (internally) and/or externally.
• Excellent communication, business analytical and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills.
• Experience required in working cost estimates, work breakdown structures, and Earned Value Management.
• Provide leadership, direction, coordination, communication and oversight to ensure the overall success of the program.
• Ability to facilitate communication and collaboration between program customers, IndraSoft employees and subcontractors.
• Foster both an innovative and collaborative spirit within the team to ensure high performance, team harmony and positive moral.
• Must be able to communicate effectively – both written and verbal, to support communication at all levels of management.
• Must have a proven track record in preparing clear and concise written documentation.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret-level security clearance, with IT-II designation.
Qualifications Desired:
• MBS in program management, computer science or related field.
• Current Secret-level security clearance or higher.
• Experience with SIS/LMS or Student Information and Learning Management Systems.
