Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs implementations of ServiceNow solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.·
Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to:·
o Design
o Plan
o Implement
o Validate and Test
o Document
o Provide Knowledge Transfer
o Troubleshoot
o Support
Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.·
Experience / Technical Requirements
o Java scripting
o ITSM Ticketing System
o Web/internet development
o ServiceNow as preferred ITSM tool
o ServiceNow Administration
o Programming with understanding of programming principles and logic
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications·
Certifications
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation·
