                                 Key Requirements / Job Skills (mandatory)

• Strong verbal and written communications skills – Must be able to understand instructions and to communicate issues to their test leads.

• Organized with a strong attention to detail

• Able to work independently with very little direction, for example: research solution, open trouble ticket with vendors and follow through to a solution.

• Some experience with Testing or Q/A

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel

Systems / Servers (mandatory)

• IBM Certified Websphere Administrator

• Extensive experience with IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS 7.x / 8.x), Websphere Process Server (WPS 6.x, 7.x), and Message Queue (MQ).

• Extensive experience with IBM Websphere installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting in Multi cell HA environment.

• Experience in shell scripting for Websphere Application Deployments.

• Basic System Administration for Unix (RedHat 5+) and/or Windows Server (2008 R2).

Systems / Servers (desired)

• IBM Websphere Enterprise Services Bus (ESB), Websphere Business Process Manager (BPM), Websphere Service Registry and Repository (WSRR)

Experience / Education (desired)

• Experience with SOA implementations.

• Experience with performance /stress testing (preferred)

• MS degree in a technical field (MS-EE or BS-CS preferred)

• BS degree in a technical field (BS-EE or BS-CS preferred)

• 5+ years of related job experience
