One of our client is looking for MySQL DBA consultant.

 

Position: MySQL DBA

Location: Dunwoody, GA

Duration: 6 month contract

 

Minimum Qualifications :

·         8+ years of experience developing and implementing highly available and performant database systems

·         Expert knowledge of MySQL and InnoDB internals

·         Strong knowledge of SQL and related data manipulation languages

·         Strong knowledge of relational database structures

·         Exceptional problem solving skills

·         Demonstrated experience working on and leading teams

·         Experience working with Agile methodologies and workflows

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or Engineering; or equivalent work experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of Percona, and Tungsten technologies and related database administration tools

·         Experience with storage technology including network attached storage

·         Experience with large scale database backed web applications
