JOB DESCRIPTION

Mandatory Skills (MANDATORY):

·         ICD 9&10 Must

·         Health Care Payer Domain

SkillSet:

•        Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required

•        At least 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology and Healthcare Domain

•        Should have strong US Healthcare domain hands on IT experience as BA/Domain consultant

•        At least 5 years of experience in Health Care Payer domain with excellent understanding of Claims, Membership, Medicare/Medicaid operations, ICD-10

•        Should be well versed with the latest changes in the US HC industry (must have detailed knowledge and hands on experience in ICD 10 conversion)

•        Understanding of testing methodologies and experience in end to end claims testing

Analytical and Communication skills

•        Drive customer in ICD testing related tasks

•        Should create strategies and plans for ICD testing

•        Coordinate interaction with Business SPOCS of the identified departments of LA Care

•        Contribute in creating the test scenarios and test cases for ICD-10 compliance

Recommend best industry approaches to ICD-10 compliance

Desired Skills:

•        Experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment in Healthcare products (QNXT, FACETS etc.)

•        Experience with project management

Having knowledge on the Provider industry would be beneficial
