Location :- Charlotte, NC
Duration :- 12 Months
Start Date : - ASAP
Required Education, Experience and Skills
§ Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or other relative Technical Degree (equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
§ 5+ years related experience with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycles, with prior QA process improvement experience
§ 8+ years working in technical role within an IT environment
§ Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
§ Advanced technical skills and experience with HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro and Load Runner software testing and tracking tools
§ Advanced technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Structured Query Language (SQL) and Reporting Services
§ Experience with developing and executing test plans and test cases
§ Experience with manual and automated regression testing
§ Strong technical problem-solving skills
§ Experience analyzing, designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of process improvement activities
§ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
§ Knowledge and experience working in an IT department within a Fortune 500 retail company
§ Prior system design or development experience.
§ Prior HP Quality Center, Load Runner version upgrade or migration experience
§ Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt
